Role in Band; Guitar player song writer in most bands. Lead screamer/guitar in
Furious George

How did it all begin? Needed to fit in, needed to get laid.  Saw The Ramones and
thought, "Not only could I do that, I want too!"  Heard The Dead Boys and said,
"Wow,
you can be funny as hell, too!"

Who were your original influences? Ramones, Dead Boys, Rocky Horror
Picture
Show, Spider-man.

Who are your current influences? The Dwarves, Still old Metallica and
Slayer!!!! Freebird and Elton John, too!

What is your proudest moment as a musician? Many.  My proudest was
playing The South Bronx and having people who thought we looked funny like us
and hear our message in The False Prophets.  We reached across racial and
financial lines to make new friends.

What is your most embarrassing moment as a musician ? Breaking Johnny
Ramones' guitar when I was his roadie.  Arrrgh!!!

What do you think would have been your path through life if you had never
gotten involved with music?
Death.  Punk Rock saved my life....the humor and
toughness of The Ramones and Dead Boys let me be funny and laugh at myself
while protecting myself.

Tell us something about you that few people are aware of.  Many people are
dying from the fallout of September 11th.

When you look back on your musical path to this point. What are your
deepest regrets?
Realizing bands are bands, not families....I held in too much
guilt when it was supposed to be fun.

If you had the opportunity to start over, what would you change? No such
thing as "What Ifs".

Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?  God.  Or
ever he or she or it is.  The force of life.  The beauty of it.  The cycle of it.

Please summarize the highlights & lowlights of your musical career.
Too many.  I liked it best when I was having fun AND helping people.
Hated it the most when it wasn't fun, and wasn't helping anyone but myself.

What are your thoughts on the current "Punk" scene? How much has it
changed or stayed the same since you got into it?  I helped start the "hardcore"
scene and was IN the punk scene since the start.  Now punk is a term that can be
exchanged with "pop".  Everyone thought the hippies changed the world..punk is in
every part of our culture now.  Who changed what?

What are your plans musically in the future?  Have fun and help people.

Thanks for the support!
